All Around Virtual Assistant

Due to growth, our real estate company needs to hire a virtual assistant to assist with the influx of inbound calling, outbound calling and lead tracking. VA will not be actively working at all times but must be available when calls come into the pipeline and take good notes so we can follow up with the callers. Need quotes that reflect how much you expect to be paid monthly.
Responses should include a small blurb about candidate and his/her interest in this position. This is an amazing opportunity for self-starting individual. Only interested in individuals, not companies. Want to groom someone into working for our company long term.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable talking to potential clients and educating them on our business. When receiving and making calls, the potential candidate must present a friendly and amiable persona over the phone.
Schedule must be open daily so the potential candidate is able to answer and make calls at varying times during the day throughout the week. Outbound calls will be follow up calls.
The potential candidate must be skilled with Microsoft Excel and Google Drive to track leads and update notes. Company currently has a process for lead tracking that the potential candidate will be trained to use. Initiative to learn the process is a must.
The potential candidate must be able to take exceptional notes when talking to leads and be able to drive the conversation to glean as much information as possible. Active listening skills will be a huge asset to the potential candidate.
Potential candidate is responsible for a warm handoff of the lead to the Acquisition Manager.
