I have a document which has 6 different room types which a user can look at, and choose which type of room they would like. We require a system for users to be able to select an option for a room, enter parameters (such as height/width or number of people in the room), and the back end excel/database automatically fills out all requirements. The system then needs to be able to show all requirements per room, or show requirements for all rooms. I have done a simple excel spreadsheet which will show what I need, but it is very basic and should be used as a guide only. We want the front end to look neat and professional for the users to see, and the back end only available to be seen by technical staff. This does not have to be a MS office based project. If the functionality can be achieved through programming/website this is ok too.
