Create Product Spreadsheets To Be Used To Import Products To Website

We need someone to create product spreadsheets to be used to import products into our database.
They would need to be created as CSV files with Pipe(|) delimited.
You would gather the data from the price sheets we are provided from our vendors/manufacturers.
We would also need you to get the images from the manufacturer websites and then upload them to our website. FTP details would be provided.
You must be able to write good English.
We would prefer someone who understands SEO since we need you to create the proper product names based on whats provided by the manufacturer and also create logical product descriptions.
Attached is an example of a pricelist provided to us and a finished spreadsheet used for import.
Each product line ranges from 50 products up to 500 products.
This could be an ongoing job for someone as we have hundreds of manufacturers that can be added to our website.
