Entering Listings to Loopnet, Rofo, Craigslist Spreadsheet with Data

The right candidate has extensive experience loading office space listing information onto LoopNet. Only experienced candidates with LoopNet experience need to apply. Listings would be entered onto other sites such as Rofo and Craigslist. The right candidate maybe retained as a permanent basis as a Virtual Assistant. Information provided will come from excel spreadsheet and lifting information from [login to view URL] and loading into the appropriate real estate marketing site, Loopnet, Rofo and Craigslist. Loading each listing onto Loopnet should take no more than 5 minutes and no more than 2.5 minutes on Craigslist. There will be 5-30 listings per area. Looking to spend no more than US $0.20 per Loopnet listing and US $0.10 per Craiglist listing. The following are some of the areas that we will upload listings from: Seattle, Portland, Sacramento, LA, Austin, Dallas, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, New York, Atlanta, Washington DC, Chicago, Boston, & Minneapolis. When responding, please provide in detailed the experience you hold loading commercial real estate listings onto LoopNet and Craigslist. Only the most experienced candidate will be selected to work on this assignment. Attached is a sample of the data that will be added to LoopNet.
