I strongly believe that I can excel in this kind of career because I already have experience in doing over the phone transactions. With my first job, I worked as an outbound sales agent for Nationwide Payments Canada (B2B) then was transferred to Direct Buy Canada (B2C) that is more on appointment setting. Afterwhich, I was assigned to E-market wherein I do both inbound and outbound calls, a little bit of chat support and ticketing or email support. Then I decided to apply in another company and worked as a virtual assistant. My task is to retrieve medical records of patients on behalf of their insurances in a timely manner but of course it requires a lot of documentation. Then, I applied to other BPO companies and worked as a customer service representative (HealthNet which covers only CA and AZ, Medion or ALDImobile which is a lenovo owned company based in Australia, etc). I already have experience as an email marketing officer that also requires me to generate leads and create an organized list in an excel file. I also have experience in data entry. The primary goal of the company I work for is to increase the number of registration for their online network platform similar to facebook and twitter only that people who are asked to sign up are coming from the tourism industry.
