We are looking for an experienced full-cycle Recruiter to join our company. This position will be responsible for all aspects of sourcing the highest caliber candidates to fulfill Data Entry Operator Positions. This position will also be in charge of managing the entire recruitment process from initial contact to employee on boarding. Source candidates using job portals, Google searches and other top industry specific sites. Project detail step by step given below. “Hire Data Entry Operator for us with required Toolset” (6 steps one complete Job) Step 1: (Find Candidate) Source candidates using job portals, Google searches and other top industry specific sites. Step 2: (Job Application) Information required from Data Entry Operator Please check form in attachment. Step 3: (Required Toolset) Guide them in purchase a software [login to view URL] Note: This software is compulsory for Data Entry Operator. Q: Why we need this Software? Ans: It’s an Offline data entry project due to this we need this software. After receiving 12 Payments Data entry operator investment in this software will become zero, we will return the 50% cost in shape of bonus with 6th payment and remain 50% with 12th payment. Step 4: (Training) Train Data Entry Operator how use “Draco Data Collector” [login to view URL] Step 5: (Hiring) Fill attached form with Data Entry Operator Information. Step 6: (On Board) Send “Data Entry Operator Information filled Form” Us.

Also, currently chair a registered non-profit organization focusing the less fortunate children's shelter and educational needs.
