I need a Virtual / Personal Assistant for basic tasks. Post information: - Collecting the data from our Admin - Product verifying - Content listing - Optimizing listings - Data entry - basic process - Other tasks as needed depending on performance and availability Guidance and fully training for all of the mentioned steps. Project/candidate requirements: - English language skills (Basic or Intermediate) - Computer skills (Basic or Intermediate) - Strong speed Internet Connection is required The ideal candidate should be available to work around 10-20 hours/week (excepting Saturdays and Sundays). There will be a trial/testing period of 1 week, so that we can determine if you are the right candidate for this job. Preferred a flexible and reliable personal assistant. The candidate can grow up to a Project Manager (around 3 months).

This project is a great fit for me as I have done many similar projects. I have worked on many web design, Bootstrap, WordPress, Joomla and even as a QA for checking the quality of the sites and applications. I have worked as a VA. My usual role was to manage Quora, Instagram, Fb, LinkedIn profile, Twitter pages, create content, handle chat via olark, respond to inbound queries, web research like finding targeted prospect on some particular market/verticals like account payable, genealogy etc. I am a freelancer with many years of experience in various job like quality assurance, bootstrap, wordpress, data entry, technical writing, graphic design, and web design. Few task I recently accomplished: 1. Worked as a web hosting technical assistant for Conseev (ongoing). My job as a technical assistant is to troubleshoot problematic IPs (DNS) and update it accordingly in WHM after installing wordpress and other plugins. 2. Worked as a Virtual Assistant From 03 Sep 2012 to 04 April 2014 to Oliver, Germany for creating video tutorials, manage FB page, manage linkedIn, create a sales page, cold-call, leadGen, create/organize theme packs etc. 3. Provided email support as well as chat support (via pidgin) on Windows 7 and 8 along with other administrative tasks including MS word to W112 Thanks, Uttam

You are looking for a virtual assistant to perform a series of tasks during approximately twenty hours per week. The tasks mentioned are normal, everyday tasks in any office. Before retiring from work I worked for ten years in an office doing these same tasks in a company which exports coffee from Honduras to Europe, my job was to control deliveries, sales, client files, shipments, plant inventories, etc. I know how to multitask and work under pressure. Your request asks for someone who speaks English, I am 100% bilingual Spanish-English, you also ask for someone who has intermediate knowledge of computers, I am proficient in the use of computers, I work on one all day, every day.I also have experience in accounting sales and client attention and service. My time is only three hours ahead of Somalia and even if you are not in Somalia I am perfectly able to rearrange my schedule to work at any time, I am single and retired from active work so setting up a different schedule to work for you is not a problem either. I am a responsible person who always completes his work on time, you can see this in my work reviews on this page.
