Virtual Assistant / Admin Assistant for Social Media Marketing Agency

I’m looking for a virtual assistant who can help me during the week for an average of 15-20 hours per week, ideally long-term. MUST speak great English and be willing to engage with our team.
You’ll be doing a variety of tasks, including:
1. Creating lists of and contacting top bloggers in our industry
2. Helping me with personal tasks (e.g. scheduling mtgs, creating proposal, etc…)
3. Finding & scheduling content to go out on Twitter / Facebook (I can teach you)
4. Doing a variety of other tasks (must be comfortable trying new tasks often)
If you are a good fit, there is room to grow in the position.
I’m looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable and positive. Big bonus if you have iMessage

Create invoice when new client happens
Manage emails?
New business call notes and recap
Daily cold outreach
Blog outreach and setup
Knowing basic company questions employees can come to you for
Create new deals from leads
Find the person on Linkedin and add a personal note
Onboard clients -- Setup basecamp project
Tausif Task
New business presentations
Monthly in-mails
Click time - Review and report to Kaushal
Checking in on employees reminding for click time
Basecamp updates and check in for everyone
