weekly database update

I am looking for a person to do a weekly update on a database I have (roughly 450 entries at the moment). It involves 3 tasks: 1) reviewing news items on google reader and posting relevant items to facebook via google readers built-in function. The google reader is set up automatically and highlights new entries automatically. (will probably take 1 hour per week) 2) updating the active/inactive status of a project based on a calculation I provide or based on results from task (1) (i.e. 30 days after an event, etc.). It's likely that only 2-5% of all entries may need a weekly update, so you are not looking at updating 450 entries every week, but only a fraction thereof. I have an excel sheet that does the calculation automatically, so you just need to populate the date and it calculates the rest. (will probably take 2 hours per week, but might be more at the beginning) 3) adding new entries to the database from a separate document I supply or from research i might ask you to do via publicly available data. (will probably take 2 hours per week, but there's currently no need for this task yet) I need someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy and takes care to thoroughly go through the data precisely. you must be available via skype so that i can easily communicate with you.
