This project will focus on preserving the town's rich history, encompassing a wide array of information categories. The database should be robust, user-friendly, and secure, catering to historians, researchers, and locals interested in our heritage.
**Key Information Types to be Stored:**
- Historical documents
- Photographs of significant landmarks and events
- Land records including maps and plots
- Personal records including birth, death, wars participated in, occupation, and more
- Organizational records for businesses, military, churches, schools, and others
**Specific Data Points Required:**
*For Individuals:*
- Name, Birthdate, Occupation, Death date
- Relationship status, military service, religious, and educational affiliations
*For Organizations:*
- Name, Location, Purpose, Establishment date
- Contact information, owner or CEO details, and nature of operations or services provided
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proficiency in database management systems (DBMS) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar
