Hi,
I'm looking to develop a low cost, preferably open source customizable, Sales CRM system to track my different kinds of leads across media (walk in, web, telecall, etc.), assign it to particular sales staff and track it till closure. This should be integrated with google mail and google calendar. Should have options of auto reminders through sms and mail. Ability to schedule meetings, reschedule meetings, update notes and status after each meeting and track in a systematic manner.
Also, system should be secured and data leakage prevention of highest order should be implemented.
No. of users - 15 currently (should have provision to scale upto 150). System should not be charged on basis of no. of users like Zoho.
