Based on the description i understand we need to move the data in excel to access database and also create access forms for users to enter data and reports.
I have worked extensively in C#, Excel and Access and other Microsoft related technologies. I have written complex macros like creating a BoM for an ERP, creating P/L, Cashflow statements from a database. Given this background i will be able to do this.
I have a few questions
1) I would like to understand how many Excel sheets are there?
2) How is the data being used in terms workfow?
I have worked in Infosys a top IT services company for more than 10 years and now i have started on my own. As part of my infosys tenure i have been executing projects for Microsoft as a customer across various technologies like DotNet, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS. have executed many turn key projects for them in their licensing space which is very critical for them.
If you can provide more details about the work then will be able to provide a more accurate pricing and timelines.
