Microsoft RMS customization for importing invoice locally

Plugin needed for Microsoft RMS to import invoices (provided in .csv format each week from our distributor) at the local level.
I have a working version installed on a few machines in the chain, but need the plugin to put into several newer machines that have been upgraded. Previous programer had lengthy install process where things had to be manually done in DOS and there was no step by step guide, depending on CURRENT MICROSOFT OS – different things needed to be done.
Everything on the current version (original software also provided) is fine – with the exception of DELETING listings. Currently we can only delete one line at a time – would prefer to be able to use the shift or CTRL key to select multiple fields when deleting.
