Registry permission component

Design and implement using Borland Delphi (and by Delphi code alone) a non-visual component called TRegPermissionTool with two basic features: 1) It must list all registry keys and values from the given registry path (including sub-keys) that do not have valid permission set to. For example, a key that doesn't show any owner, or which cannot be accessed by with administrator account. A sample call could be: Var RPT : TRegPermissionTool; Begin [url removed, login to view]('HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE'); End; 2) It must be able to fix a given registry key / value with incorrect permission. By fixing, I mean setting the owner of the key/entry as the administrator and giving the administrator full access to the key/entry. A sample call could be: Var RPT : TRegPermissionTool; Begin [url removed, login to view]('HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\somekey\'); [url removed, login to view]('HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\somekey\', 'valuename'); End; The permission features of the Windows registry are only available under Windows XP and Vista, therefore the coder should have access to a computer with either OS. The component must work in both XP and Vista systems.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
