The project is located in Industrial Zone, the total land size area is 1,000 Square Meter , 20 meter on Road X 50 Meter sharing boundaries with Neighbor. The Design criteria MUST be with the following regulation: Coverage percentage: The maximal allowed construction surface is 60% of the plot area and at least is 25% Setbacks: Front (6 m); Back (3 m); Side (3 m). Height in meters: 10 m – maximal allowed height of the building. Workers' Accommodation: Height: G + 2. Percentage of construction: 6% of the plot area. Height in meters: 13.75 m with the staircase. Surface consecrated to the worker: In the bedroom (6 square meters), provided that the number of workers shall not exceed 4 in each room. Bathrooms in each floor of the accommodation building of the workers, as follows: Showers shall be separated from the bathrooms. One bathroom for each 6 workers. One shower for each 6 workers. One washbasin for each 3 workers. One latrine for each 10 workers. The kitchen: One kitchen shall be installed in each floor of the workers' accommodation building. Green areas: 3.5% of the plot area. The concierge room: 10 square meters maximum of the allowed construction area, and it is preferred to be separated or subjoined to the building.
