Hello Sir, I am a SAP BASIS consultant with 6+ years of experience, i have gone through the requirement details and i assure you i can deliver this Piece of Configuration. from my side solution will be as below: SAP Business One : 1> Create WSDL service for BP Master Data in SAP CRM or B1 System (which should have the BP and customer details) 2> Create WSDL service for creating the BP (if it is not present in the system) 3> call the Services through the middle-ware tool which will be custom developed to integrate the SAP WSDL service and 3CX APIs 4> Depending on the Deployment type of 3CX software (on-premise/cloud) , requirement and feasibility; we need to create middle-ware application either as on premise application or a cloud service. 5> GUI design for the Middle-ware will be a significant part of it. Sync Phone Directory - Only from SAP B1 to 3CX: for this part, we need to check with thee 3CX API's if it is available already, otherwise need to write a Script to pull data from B1 and push to the 3CX.
