Report Integration

I need my existing Drupal 8 app integrated with Word and PDF templates so that the templates pull fields from the app and then download (as Word or PDF files) incorporating the fields from the app. I also need integration with email templates so that the generated emails can then be sent manually or automatically through Outlook. I also need integration with MYOB accounts software but simply so that the invoice templates in MYOB pull from the app fields to generate invoices within MYOB software. As mentioned in the project outline, we need our existing app finalised. The remaining aspect relates to integration with the "report download" section of the app. In other words, pulling the fields from the existing app into Word and pdf templates, into email templates and into our existing MYOB accounts package (invoice only). The templates for all of the same already exist but we need them correlated into a "library" within the app so that we can program the app to use the appropriate template per individual Job. We also need to be able to edit each Template (only rarely when they need updating) and add new Templates (again only rarely). If we need to use a third party app to integrate as above then we are happy to do so. End result and functionality is all that we need. It does not necessarily all have to operate within the app itself provided that the user-friendly aspect is satisfied. I can forward them if it helps • Fill PDF [login to view URL] o This will take an existing PDF and add text or images from Drupal o Also has rules integration, allowing for PDFs to be updated and sent out upon saving a form, for example. o It is the only pre-built modules that I can find that offers the functionality you need. • Views PDF [login to view URL] o This won't update existing PDFs created outside of Drupal, but allows you to build a new PDF template within Drupal (using the views module) which can then be dynamically populated with date from Drupal. • PHPWord [login to view URL] o Similar to the Views PDF, this module lets you create new Word Docs through Drupal - but not update existing ones loaded into Drupal. The module is lightweight compared to other modules like the Print module, has full test coverage and is ready to be used in production for both D7 and D8.
