add some payment method to our website

We would like to add some payment methods to our website (Python coded, diango, hosted on linux ubuntu server at amazon), . The website already work as exchange e-currency, we already work with some payment methods like perfectmoney, PayPal,.... For example client can pay to us paypal to get perfectmoney, or pay to us Perfectmoney to get paypal, or pay to us paypal to get bitcoin, and so on.. The system is managed to add new payment systems, exchange directions, and so. So we need 1- To add More payment methods ( About 6-8 Payment methods, Like [login to view URL] API, [login to view URL] API, [login to view URL] API,.....) to our exchange Input/ output using each payment method API. 2- Some Updates in the Exchange rate to get the exchange rate automatically from websites like [login to view URL] " Already used before, but [login to view URL] code is changed, so need updates", some other updates in this point. 3- option to Export Exchange rates automatically using XML files, will show example. 4- Some changes in the User profile page ( like add option to us to write user status verification, and so on. 5- Add the affiliate/Partner program options., like invite a friend and get bonus and so on. 6- Some changes in the E-mail Notifications part, for every order change status, our system send e-mail to the user, this point need some new updates. 7- Add the IP address options to be shown with the user log in, user orders activity., our server already save the IP Address, this need management. 8- Add options in our database to detect fraud list, so if we mark an user e-mail as fraud, system should check also if the same user use our system using another e-mail address, but same IP Address, or telephone number, or payment method account. The exact required updates details will be add to the awarded freelancers. An Expert in Python/Diango Required to do the above updates to our system and work with us for next updates.
