Hi I'm Matt from Warton Circuits Ltd located in the UK. I've industry experience in PCB design and production, using Pulsonix or KiCad (I have used Eagle but tend to use KiCad these days). I would happily take your breadboard design and draw it into a schematic in KiCad, and then into a PCB design for you ready for manufacture. I have on site rapid PCB prototyping (2 layer) and production facilities (Juki SMT placement machine as well as through hole plating / milling),but also have lots of experience with submitting PCB design files (gerbers) off for manufacture at various fab houses.
