Flexible PCB design and build for wearable electronics project

Need a freelancer to design and build a working PCB. The circuit should work in the following way. A small wearable solar panel charges a flexible Lithium battery of 50-100mah. When the battery is full it dumps its charge wirelessly (through induction coil) to a cellphone with wireless charging capability. And the cycle begins again. As space is limited, the PCB must be on a flexible board with minimal size components as technologically possible. I will require a blueprint (for PCB production) and a working prototype before releasing milestone.
