I would like to operate 2 nema17 27:1 stepper motors. At a set time for the protocol between 15 and 40 seconds i want motor A to turn 6 rotations at speed x the 1 rotation at speed 0.5x and then a final rotation at 0.33x. All continuously and without pause. Then a 10 sec delay followed by a return to the origin by rotating 8 revolutions in the opposite direction.
I need motor B to do the same protocol in the opposite direction from motor A such that:
1st rev at speed 0.33x
2nd rev at speed 0.5x
6 rev at speed x
Then a 10sec delay followed be resetting motor B to origin via 8 rev in the opposite direction.
I would like to control this via cable connected to an android phone where i can input the time in seconds (15-40 sec) to perform the 8 initial rotations. I could use 1 or 2 arduinos but need to initiate both motor protocols simultaniously.
