Hello, I can give you circuit diagram based on the answer for the following. Do you need to vary the time delay? if so what values? Do you need the circuit with microcontroller ? I can design with Microchip PIC 8 pin IC or using Timer IC circuit with 2 Digital IC connected. if you want to do it with PIC micro controller you will need to use programmer. If you choose to use arduino, you can connected it to your laptop and program. The easy solution is to use Arduino uno board along with a relay. I assume that you have driver for brushless motor.
