build me in easy eda a pcb card with the following characteristics, with the essential programming libraries to work, I require for now only the basic programming, that is, without conditions, only reading of each sensor and printing of sensors on the monitor. The hardware features are as follows:
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:
This is a switch actuator module for AC voltages in addition to the ambient variable sensor.
This module has an LCD lcf arduino for the configuration and shows relevant information for the hydroponic system and connection configurations with the server and with other modules. It makes possible modification of some environmental factors such as lighting times, temperature, humidity, energy consumption of the system and alarms of the hydroponic system.
It is connected to the server via the internet and directly with the main module, downloads the operation variables, stores the operation settings in its internal memory and can still function without the lost communication signals either the internet connection or with the main internet module. by keeping the latest setup running, this provides more security to the system.
Functions:
-4 relays for 110v contacts.
-light sensor.
-DHT sensor for relative humidity and temperature.
-Wifi.
-BLUETOOTH
-4 water level sensors.
-4 water current sensors.
-Measurement of energy consumption.
-Water leak safety sensor and CO2 sensor.
-Mini LCD for arduino and potentiometer, which would serve to move and select

Hi, you would need only the manufacturing files for the PCB and codes, or you want just only the PCB?
Also what are the projected current requirements (loads attached)?
I will also give you the schematics and components parts if you haven't selected and sourced files previously, either you prefer surface mount technology or through hole. We should think the numbers of production devices will be manufactured (in mass or low quantities).
