Hi. I am Electronics Engineer and I have more than five years of experience in designing and development. I will design your pcb in Altium Designer and simulate it in Proteus (if the circuit is totally based on digital electronics). If there is any analog circuitry involved, then we have to test a hand on board (prototype) before going to the mass production. For mass production, we can make a test jig which will automatically tests the pcba in PCBA manufacturing factory. I have 13 years of experience designing circuit boards from cradle to grave. I will use Altium, EagleCAD, KiCAD, or any other software requested. The processor used for the project will determine the software used for the firmware. I recommend a hard ware acceptance test, a FAT (factory acceptance test) in software the tests all functionality, and possible a vibration test depending on the end use.
