Write some firmware for a TI microcontroller using Code Composer Studio

I am developing a portable measuring instrument that takes a variety of temperature readings and controls the temperature of several chambers with small electrical heaters. There is a microcontroller in the instrument implementing several simple on/off control loops, and communicating results and receiving set points from a Tablet PC, the communication link being radio. I plan to use Texas Instruments (TI) microcontroller MSP430 and TI Bluetooth chips for the radio link. The scope of the project I want to subcontract is the microcontroller firmware, written in C using TI code composer studio. The PC software is not primarily within scope, although if you can write a small test-harness programme to send set-points to the portable measuring instrument, and receive temperature and status information back, that would be useful. Other useful skills would be the ability to do small hardware modification or additions on the prototype if needed. The hardware platform initially will be one of TI's "quick starter" circuit boards. There are several extensions to this project if the first phase goes well.
