Background: Our company will be visiting a fair in Hamburg 6-9 September where we will meet a lot of customers. This is the first (and biggest) fair for the company and it is very important that we give a professional impressions to our customers. What we need help with: During the fair we have limited resources and need a digital ”back office” function that - Builds a database (excel-file in Google Docs according to given template) for all customers we meet during the fair - Sends out (via mail) information to the customers we interact with (emails will be pre-written (adapted for Customer, Partner, Supplier etc) by us and send out by you via a mail account that we set up) - Supports us with market research and other "digital back office support" we might need during the fair. Before sending you proposal, READ the uploaded file for further instructions and then send a message with a) quote and b) motivation why you are the right freelancer for the job.
