Bulk email sender with Interspire + OVH + PMTA + Rotating IP's

Looking for an expert Developer to do management of Interspire + PMTA accounts (for $40 per month for 12 months - with bonuses included) and setup cost is paid separately (see posting). After Developer does setup and configures bulk email sending on PMTA + Interspire + rotating IP's + OVH server (or another better quality lower cost server). Developer shall do the "warm up" of 10 - 20 emails per hour for 7 days (included in setup and management price) then monthly management leading to 25,000 - 100,000+ emails per day. Developer is expected to sign our NDA and a 12 month contractual agreement. Our email list is legit and verified. We seek an expert to setup with lowest cost and maximum impact. You must provide us with the software files of a nulled and working unlocked copy of INTERSPIRE and PMTA and be experienced doing this process.
