UltraVNC assistance

We currently have and are using Ultra VNC for remote support for our customers. We have added 2 people and need to have our remote support reconfigured to include them, as the person that originally setup our Ultra VNC no longer with us. I am open to using another remote package if a better one is recommended.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
