For a small manufacturer of Stainless Steel shower drains, looking to establish estimated costs of fabricating gratings our of Stainless STeel sheet.
Product: Shower drain Gratings
Material: 304 STainless Steel
Raw material format: Coils 1.5mm thickness, 9-10cm wide
output: Gratings length vary between 50cm, 60cm and 80cm Long
Pattern: Small Squares or other patterns
Need an expert to propose Quantity, Type and cost of :
Bending Machinery , Punching machines, Stamping machines, Moulds
To assume a small production capacity per an 8-hour day shift
Final outcome:
to produce a report detailing: Machines needed, quantity, type and cost >> Raw materials quantity and cost per a certain number of output (say 500 Gratings per Day)
