Hello, Looking for a specialist to process orders in the online store in North America. Requirements: - English level Upper Intermediate / Advanced; - Operates in a different time zone. From 15:00 to 00:00 MSK; - Ability to quickly learn the product base and be able to quickly navigate in the characteristics; - Work remotely; - Shop with the goods for health. The exact niche of shop and other conditions I will write in personal correspondence. Customers leave their order via the form on the website or call. 1- You will need to enter information from the orders from the site. 2- You will need to answer calls from customers while we have 3-10 calls a day. The time from about 16:00 to 03:00 GTM+3 (you need the internet, because the calls are made through a mobile application) - Here you will need English, because the calls will be from Canada. 3- The main questions from customers will be about: --1. Payment and delivery --2. Package Tracking --3. Delivery time --4. For example, you don't get a letter to the post office with data. Check the spam. respond to the script I provided 4- By phone people will make an order, so it will be necessary to study the assortment of the store (about 50 basic goods and about 150 additional), to be able to answer the call to orientate the customer on the availability and assortment and immediately make information about the order. 5- Also it will be necessary to study the product in general to be able to respond more meaningfully (materials will provide, but surfing the Internet independently will be a plus).
