We are in need of experienced Recruiter/Headhunter. We have and office in Egypt and your task will be to find 3 Android programmers for these office, who will be real masters of their business. We are not interested in programmers who will work with us a week or so and then will quit the job. This will influence your reward as well. Your payment will consist of two parts. You will get the first part as soon as you find 3 programers and we sign the contract with them.
If they stay with us for 2 months and show good skills, you will be paid the rest of the amount.
We prefer someone from Egypt as you will need to hire local people and you need to know very well where to find good specialists as well as all other HR related details in Egypt. As a Recruiter you will work as freelancer but you need to find for us programmers who will work in our office in Egypt. For programmers it will be office based position.
Your duties will be the following:
create job advertisements on corresponding sites and online communities
check the applicants’ information
build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of candidates
interview the candidates
identify qualified candidates in order to present only the best ones to the management team
make chosen candidates to sign the contract
Required skills and abilities:
have experience in recruiting and headhunting
have knowledge of sourcing tools and strategies
have good communication skills and experience in interviewing
have at least basic experience in programming
be computer savvy (perfect and fast internet connection is also must)
be reliable, responsible and result-oriented.
