My profile scores in both American and British English are very high. Nominally, I charge US$ 2 per 100 words, but that could go up or down, depending on how 'clean' the rough draft is. If you can send me a sample, I can give a better quote. Also, having access to someone who can answer questions would affect the price. I have no 'day job', so I am available nearly all of the time.
