Consolidation of DBs

I am looking to consolidate entries in 4dbs. One has 1MM entries, one has ~250K, one has ~100K and one has 2000. All the dbs are in Excel, but I am not bound to that. I will accept final consolidation in MySQL or MSSQL as well.
The two challenges with this project are:
1. The number of entries. Excel has proven to not be useful to me due to the 1MM+ entries. If someone can work in Excel with such large number of entries, then great, otherwise SQL is fine.
2. One of the fields has information that needs to be unconcatenated (i.e. split into various other fields.). I am willing to work with the successful freelancer to offer suggestions and guidance as to how that can be done.
A cross-walk between the fields in the 4 dbs has already been prepared so the freelancer will know what fields need to go where in the results table.
Only experienced database and data managers need apply.
There is no milestone payment - payment upon completion only.
