Need help compiling data into Excel spreadsheet. The data needs to be pulled off of (copy-and-pasted) the website listed below.

Please review the listing of Florida's Federally Qualified Health Centers on this website. We need to create a Data File of all of the associated Healthcare Centers (their contact info, names, titles, address, phone# fax#, email address, websites, etc.)
Please take a look at the attached Excel (the Data File that we need to compile all of the associated Healthcare Center’s information into), then review the below as I try to explain this project’s objective.
1) There are (48) different Federally Qualified Health Centers listed on this website (some have multiple locations, which we need to collect), and therefore (48) individual TABs within the attached Excel file.
2) We need all of the associated Healthcare Centers info (contact info, names, titles, address, phone# fax#, email address, websites, etc.) related to each individual Healthcare Center on its own individual TAB.
3) We have already compiled the associated information related to the first (2) Health Centers at the top of this list (Agape Community Health Network and Azalea Health) as examples of how we would like this information compiled with each TAB.
4) Many of the Health Centers listed on this website have multiple locations, which we most certainly need to collect as part of this effort. Again, please review the first (2) TABs of the accompanying Data File to see exactly how we added this info into the file.
