Dear Freelancer, This project is based on two pdf product catalogues. I do need an excel file for each of the pdfs that show the article codes in the correct order. So to say the excel file will be an exact copy of the pdf file in terms of the product order. There are two product catalogues in pdf format: 1) "rotierende Instrumente" 2) "Geräte" For the first PDF there is a list already existing. I am not 100% sure if the order is correct though. Column A shows the page number) and Column B shows the article code. Please seperate product groups with a dark line as shown in the example. -->Please note that there are no spaces within product codes! For the second catalogue there is no excel file existing yet. Please create an excel file in the same format as the first one. Product and accessories can then also be seperated with dark lines from the next product. Estimated working time is 5h. The large work fpr the "rotierende Instrumente" file is done already. So there is pretty much only checking. In total there are ca. 150 pages in "Geräte" and 180 pages in "rotierende Instrumente". Please ready this comment carefully and only quote if you understand the full scope of the project. Thanks RW

Greeting, Thanks for the description I have read project desc thoroughly and i have reviewed all the attached file. And i made a cocnclusion it is very straight forward task that won't take any longer than 1 day. Check if the page and article number for every product group on pdf is match against page and article number on excel sheet, correct them if there are some inconsistent data. If page and article number on PDF not in the excel sheet yet then copytype page and article number of each product group into excel. Separate each product group by set up a dark line between them. Remove all spaces if it exist on product articles number. I am sure i can complete it in 1 day max for 330 pages I know there will be some detail of the job desc that need to be discussed in detail.
