Customer Service Access Database

We need a database for our business as freelancers, recording our projects, our incomes, calculating our taxes, profits and outgoings. For now, we use excel files as databases, but we would like something more dynamic, professional and with the option of having a better view of our business. I've already created something in MS Access but I'm not experienced enough to make it work. Note: The basic database tables cells we need can be found in [login to view URL] All the calculations we need can be found in [login to view URL] What we need more detailed for our database: -Ability to importing Data from 3 Excel files: Project_Details/Income_Details/List, Outgoing_Details/List, Customer_Details/List (The first Tables can be found in [login to view URL] -Ability to Import Projects, Outgoings, Customers through Database -Not too complicated database so we can add queries or something else after -Auto-calculation of monthly, yearly Income, outcome, balance, Taxes -Connection of One-customer->many-projects and one-project->many(not more that 5)customers -Ability to Import Projects, Outgoings, Customers by more that one emploees (3 for now) -Some Performance Graphs would be nice, otherwise I will import them by myself -Ability to Connect every Project to a Folder in our PC or Cloud (Just the ability to save the folder path is fine) -Ability to check if the project has been paid off or not by the customer More info: -We have about 1000 projects per year -We have already 980 projects in our excel database -I'm at your disposal for any explanation We will prefer someone that can write the database in Greek, if not, English is ok, I will translate it.
