Presently I am working as an Executive Secretary here in the Philippines. I would like to work for extra income to help pay our bills. I have been working for almost thirty years already in the same field now. Having said that, I am pretty much sure that I can be efficient enough to do this project.
I am well versed with any secretarial functions, typing both in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is my daily job in the office preparing correspondences, reports, etc.
I also assists the President of the company during meetings, taking down minutes of the meeting.
Assists agents in their day to day functions which includes preparation of sales paraphernalias like brochures, price lists, preparation of proposals and other documents that would help them close their deals.
Basically, my main strength is really administrative and secretarial functions.
