Overview - We are working with an excel sheet that has a lot of pictures and therefore, we would like design it in such a way, that it looks elegant and operations are error-free. Here are the list of problems and the potential solutions we can think at the moment. Your suggestions are welcome.

PROBLEM-1 The excel sheet needs to contain pictures please see below. As the cells become uneven size, it doesn't look like.
SOLUTION - We would like the excels cells to make a size to fit a 1920 x 1080 px image with the press of a button. Your suggestions are welcome on this.
PROBLEM-2 The pictures are making the excel sheet look quite large with large cells containing pictures
SOLUTION-2 If we can keep the images in a different tab (e.g. tab-2) and give reference to it in the main tab (e.g. tab-1) that will make the excel look very elegant
PROBLEM-3 We have to switch between tab-1 and tab-2 to hyperlink the images and it can cause errors
SOLUTION-3 If we can keep the thumbnail of the images in tab-2 in tab-1 that will reduce the manual errors.
PROBLEM-4 We have to standardise the size of the thumbnail/cell/or both
