Image to Notepad conversion (200 pages monthly project)

i have got a project of 200 image files in .jpeg format each of which consist of 70-75 lines in normal text. the sample image file is attached below along with the sample of how the font size would be...the work period is 14-16 days and the payment would be made 3 days after the submission of work...(NOTE: IN CASE WORK IS COMPLETED ON THE 5TH DAY ALSO, U WILL BE PAID ONLY THREE DAYS AFTER THE 16TH DAY, so u will be GETTING PAID ONCE EVERY 20 DAYS...). this is a regular project ..i mean i will be giving u the next 200 pages within a week after u complete the first 200 pages and so on..(remember the working period is max of 16 days..so u will get next work on the 24th day even in case u complete the work before the 16th day for the previous project)...but i want atleast 60% accuracy in the typed work, below which no payment...people interested can bid...new freelancers,bid only if u can complete the work within the 16 days...only serious bidders..no excuse would be accepted later if work is not completed because i would be answerable to the higher officials. (SO FOR THIS I WANT 50 TYPED PAGES TO BE MAILED TO ME EVERY 4 DAYS SO THAT I CAN TRUST THAT U WOULD COMPLETE THE WORK ON TIME)..regular project...would continue for more than 6 months...interested people happy bidding good luck... :) and the image file attached is just a sample of how page will look. original text in images will not be like that (i mean its not a novel or a story book)...the info will be about java,auto CAD,other educational tools....so there wont be so much of symbols as u see on the sample page..like the double quotes and all..there will be symbols much lesser than that on the sample page attached([login to view URL]) and sorry i am not sure whether it would be typing into notepad or MS Word yet. anyway both wont much of a difference i guess because even if it is in ms word u can type in any font and any way you like, i just want the page to be atleast 60% accurate with all information in the pages typed without missing any lines or words, which would make you lose a part of your payment... THE TYPING WORK HAS TO BE DONE ONLY MANUALLY AND NOT BY USING ANY SOFTWARES BECAUSE I WON'T GET THE PAYMENT AND FURTHER WORK IN THAT CASE AND MY EMPLOYER IS VERY STRICT ABOUT THIS. so don't use any softwares. if u do, you will not be paid beca
