I need a excel automation enable to map cost, price, issue purchase order and invoice

I need a excel automation which has function below: 1. When I input a product item no., it automatic map the product name 2. After I input all the quantity, it automatically make a purchase order 3. After the purchase order is made, it automatically make a invoice 4. The excel allow me to add/change the customer name, address, contact person etc....and also allow me to change the price or cost in the purchase order or invoice manually 5. The excel allow me to increase product item code whenever needed 6. Basically I need you to make a vlookup formula and put these data into the purchase order and invoice automatically 7. I try to make a sample but it does not work but able to show you what I needed. 6. Watch sheet 1 - I only need to input column D (material no = item no) 7. It need to automatically generate data in column E, N, O, P 8. It also need to automatically generate purchase order to supplier according to the material no I input into column D of sheet 1 (The purchase order is something like sheet "purchase order to supplier) 9. When I input supplier name into column H, the Purchase order need to automatically generate purchase order with the correct supplier name, address, tel no., contact person, Purchase order no, product, unit price, total amount and automatically generate "expected completion date" (but allow me to manually input the date if it is not valid under some special condition) 10. The carton marking need to copied from the data sheet "carton marking" 11. How much does it cost ? 12. How long do you to complete it ? Thanks Jimmy Ling
