-luxury home decor tips (for table settings, curtains, furniture, upcoming holidays, color trends, etc.)
-local events in or near Summit County, Colorado
-housing market trends and why people should buy or sell now (in Colorado)
-holiday greetings or fun "national holidays" relating to the housing market (falling within dates listed on the attached spreadsheet.)

2. Website will be given upon acceptance of project.
