Filemaker or web database app wanted - repost

We are looking for a Filemaker app that can be used to request quotes and record orders for our busyness. It is a simple database that can do the following. We have 4 main product catagory's Each product catagory has 5 - 8 configurable options like type of finish, type of coloring etc.... Each option would be presented as a drop down menu and selected by the user. the User part should be in Dutch and the output part should be in English. So a user would select "Verguld" as an option and the system would record this as "gold plated" Now after all options have been selected the filemaker app would be able to send this information to a pre defined email address and record this action. The email would also contain 2 - 4 fields that could carry a picture and a vector file of the product that can be send along with the email. No when the user get's a response from our supplier with the pricing they would have to be able to fill out the pricing they got from the supplier in the app and the app would calculate the sales price to be send to our client and then when the user pushes a send offer to email button the system woul send an email to the client with the pricing in a nice PDF file along with a text based offering by email including the vector and jpg artwork. now when the user (sales rep) gets an approval of the client by email they would have to be able to get back into the filemaker app and send the order for approval to the supplier. As an administrator I would have to have an overvieuw of the status of an order from beginning to finish along with pricing overvieuw of costs, sales and profit. The app should be rendered and be able to use as a runtime stand alone app for my sales reps. The layouts should be nice and clean with icon's I can provide.
