Chief Finance Officer

Looking for someone to manage all aspects of the cashflow, bills, and automation of payments within my micro development agency. From wearing diffrent hats, hiring sub contractors, dealing with signing contracts on behalf of the company, consolidating our expenses, dealing with our we will get our debtors to pay us, dealing with legal issues within us needing to hire companies to help us chase after people who owe us finds, placing maturation dates of events that we do annually on calenders so this way we can build all the various sub budgets associated with continously growing the company, managing the monthly investments i'm bringing into the company, as well as the various multipliers effects its doing within the various bills the compnay nneeds to pay as well as internal services we should be inplimenting and much more, works with the C.E.O to be able to develop a general ledger while hiring various local sales people, as we are a digital management and production company, there's a need to organize our processes from how properties are signed in the company, how many properties we've signed in the company, how we are currently monitizing each property and services, which ones are giving us the most return on investment, the various agents we should be hiring to incease our revenue, various lincenses we can be leveraging, various ways in which our service delivery can be better as a day to day, you are able to wear many hats and go into each portfolio as a project manager that's representing the development company able to see the various needs of the volunteers, staff and much more. As we specialize in multimedia events of which we started out of a house party, prioritizing the expenses of the house within me as the C.E.O also working as the on ground worker that's dealing wiht all the various meetings, while making sure that all the various dates of our publishing campaigns, are ways in which we will go from lincensing and signing contracts, to developing the budgets and cost aproximation for it to be presented locally as well as approving this to be able to start hring the talents of which as C.F.O you will work to constrict the various budgets and really chekc in with the owner and C.E.O for the various requirements and much more. You have experience in business and operationas management and investing in a way where you're able to really prove the value you're bringing the company annually. As I am looking for someone that's able to give their all, I am looking to hire someone on Salary, or on an annual contract but conditional on how the first month is within the entrepreneur really getting to work to take things to the next level.
