246551 Custom Flash Player -flash

We are looking for somebody to create a custom flash player and playlist for our sites. The flash player will take a csv delimited list of flvs, thumbs, titles and display a playlist of these items. When the playlist item is clicked, the video starts to play. The will be 3 different playlist csv files that can be selected from inside the player. They can choose which playlist they want to view from tabs inside the flash player.
