Viewing Panoramic Images on the Web & Google Streetview

My project is visualizing panoramic images (360 degree) on the web like Google Streetview or Bing Maps Streetside. This can be done in Papervision3D (like in Google) or Silverligth (like in Bing) and I have seen a lot of examples at the web. But, I am open to other solutions. Basically, what I am looking for is Google Streetview or Bing Streetside. I can supply coordinated panoramic jpg images, basemaps and whatever data needed for the project. I will give also xml file including GPS coordinates related to panoramic images. Solution must be open. i.e. I can use google, bing, openstreet, other map services or my own map service as a basemap. Furthermore, some small tools can be needed to process&manipulate GPS coordinates. Solution must be well coded&documented. Complete package with source codes must be delivered with installation directives. This project can be an initialization to other big projects, some further project may come.
