We would like to build a simple Web based Video player based on the framework of [login to view URL] Once you will go to the site, you will see that [[login to view URL]][1] also has a number of plugins.. We will be implimenting one of the Advertisers Plugin with the Video. Our goal is the following:- We will upload a rendered, resized video in whichever format you suggest to the server. We then need the OSMF player play the Video along with the Advertising Plugin. The Advertising Plugin will basically download the advertisers video from its server and play it before our actaual video starts. The project is a simple Flash, Action Script Project. We would like nothing fancy in the player. Just a play & Pause. It is an open source project detailed instructions are available on the site and supported by Adobe as well. As a programmer if you have experience in Adobe Action Script and maybe a little of Adobe Flash Builder it should not be hard as thousands of programmer are doing it all over the World. The site [login to view URL] have provide a bunch of sample projects that they have built using Adobe Flash Builder (you can download a 30 day trial). It could be as easy as modifying one of the samples with our video file and then editing / integrating with the advertisement plugin. What i would suggest to all bidder to do a bit more depper research. If a bidder is capable of demonstrating that he has made the osmf player work on his own sample video file I would not hesitiate to provide him with a bonus of $20-$25USD for the time he has spent to make the sample work. Ofcourse he is more than likely to win the bid for the project hence he will get paid for completing the project as well.
