Website Template Creation

I want a website design similar to [url removed, login to view] but I want a different color scheme maybe blues although any color that has a fresh Hollywood feel would be fine. I want the color for the site to have the fresh bright pastel color look like perezhilton.com. Other sites I like are [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]

VERY IMPORTANT - I want the top of the page to have the Hollywood Sign on it with the mountain behind it. An example of this is mailhollywood.com. I want the words on the mountain to be "MAIL HOLLYWOOD" This top image should match the color scheme and pop out and the user .. I want it to have a fresh look. Pastel colors would probably be good for this as well. Do not use the existing [url removed, login to view] image.

Lastly, I need you to cut up the template and provide the html file with the images. Please use tables not CSS.

You will be required to provide the finished product as well as the image source files.
