508476 Education Organization Website

Looking for a new website for a school club. Would like the website to resemble [login to view URL], as our school color is green. Would like some space for sponsors that I will be getting in the fall (Would like space to put sponsor logos at the bottom of page, and small ads on the side about the size of the "team up for kids" ad they have on the Celtics website). Would like the mouseover option they have on [login to view URL] menu bar where it will drop down and show the pages you can go to. Would also like "white space" so I can add advertising to it as well (if you put your mouse over "Team" in the menu bar, you will see an ad for Bob's furniture.) I will not need many pages (probably only 20), there will be no video on the website. I have most of the content that I will need. The only special feature I will ask is I would like a little flash on the site to make it stand out. The biggest thing I will need is some kind of way to make constant edits to the website because I have no web design experience, but I know enough to get around and do edits, but I would like an easy to use admin panel. Lastly, I would like one feature on the bar. No matter where you are on my website, I would like one option on the menu bar to constantly glow green to entice people to go to our sponsor page.
