HTML Design for Homepage of Electronics Site ~ Pre-Designed

I am looking to have a freelancer integrate the HTML and some basic flash for my new website. For now I am only looking to have the home page developed but if the freelancer does a good job I would like to continue on with the development for the rest of the site. The website Is currently active, The domain is as follows: [login to view URL] Right now the site Is a basic template via our 3rd party integration software. This software is called Kyozou. There are Tags within this page already that create links between our site and other software’s (Ebay, Paypal, auth) this is important for the sake that these tags need to remain intact. My sales rep from Kyozou can help inputting this info if needed. For now all I need is the design in HTML for the site. I have sketches that I have attached I want the homepage to look like. The website Is a compilation of other sites that I like key features of. I am also attaching a basic cut and paste of screenshots from different popular websites all meshed together. This is to help the freelancer with a direction for placement of the different sections and links on the screen. In some places I would like jpegs to help with the navigation of my internet traffic to the right area. The freelancer must be creative and must have their own input on the project. I can only supply an idea and placement but I can’t cosmetically compile the entire development. I would like the site most importantly to; be easy to use, look exciting and innovative, create efficient links that work. In addition to the Webpage blueprints titled I am attaching my Logos, these are the colors and the basic design for the entire site. I will also attach a link to our Ebay template, this will also be used as our specific item Pages as well in the site so it has to be able to transition well. I may be looking for mockups after the 1st creation but other then that I am very easy to please. Please take the time to make a great looking Site. The most important document that is attached is the Webpage Document. It gives the location for all the items I want on the homepage and their locations. Your only job is to color coordinate all of these links and programs and make it look like (1) my logo and (2) like I didn’t just cut and paste a bunch of websites together (What I did). I would like the following sites to be integrated on the page. All accounts already established . Skype Facebook (copy wall onto site but NO LINK TO FACEBOOK active). The Ability to post on facebook wall preferable.
