We are currently upgrading our "create your own website" system and are needing to develop 1 new DYNAMIC website template for each of the following categories:
Note: Although we would like some Flash in the site we do not want or require the entire site to be done in Flash. We would like to only have some moving images or a Flash Header Image. The main focus of the site needs to be a Header Image done with some type of Flash Feature, a dominant place on the site for Company Name, Address, and Phone Number. Although these are templates we do not want them to look like a template. We would like them to have a unique look.
* BAIL BONDS (NEEDS TO WORK WITH MANY DIFFERENT BAIL BONDS, SO DON'T MAKE IT SPECIFIC TO ONE COMPANY, SHOW PICS OF HANDS IN HAND-CUFFS)
* BEAUTY SALONS (NEEDS TO WORK WITH MANY DIFFERENT BEAUTY SALONS, SO DON'T MAKE IT SPECIFIC TO ONE COMPANY, SHOW PICS OF HAIR BEING CUT)
* BRIDAL SHOPS (ONLINE STORE THAT WILL SELL BRIDAL WEAR, DON'T MAKE IT SPECIFIC TO ONE STORE THOUGH NEEDS TO WORK WITH MANY DIFFERENT BRIDAL SHOPS)
* BURGLAR ALARM SERVICES (NEEDS TO WORK WITH MANY DIFFERENT BURGLAR ALARM SERVICES, SO DON'T MAKE IT SPECIFIC TO ONE COMPANY, SHOW PICS OF ALARMS OR ALARMS IN HOMES)
* CARPET/RUG CLEANING (NEEDS TO WORK WITH MANY DIFFERENT CARPET/RUG CLEANERS, SO DON'T MAKE IT SPECIFIC TO ONE COMPANY, SHOW PICS OF CARPETS BEING CLEANED OR WITH STAINS AND ONES WITHOUT STAINS)
* CPA (CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS) (NEEDS TO WORK WITH MANY DIFFERENT CPAs, SO DON'T MAKE IT SPECIFIC TO ONE COMPANY, SHOW PICS OF CALCULATOR BEING TYPED ON, PAPERWORK BEING WRITTEN ON, ETC…)
* DANCE SCHOOLS (NEEDS TO WORK WITH MANY DIFFERENT DANCE SCHOOLS, SO DON'T MAKE IT SPECIFIC TO ONE COMPANY, SHOW PICS OF BALLET, TAP DANCERS, ETC… BUT TRY NOT TO SHOW SPECIFIC FACES THOUGH)
* DELIVERY SERVICES (NEEDS TO WORK WITH MANY DIFFERENT DELIVERY SERVICES, SO DON'T MAKE IT SPECIFIC TO ONE COMPANY, SHOW PICS OF DELIVERY VANS OR TRUCKS, BUT WITHOUT A COMPANY NAME ON THE VEHICLE, ALSO GENERIC PICTURES OF DELIVERY MEN/WOMEN)
* ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS (NEEDS TO WORK WITH MANY ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, SO DON'T MAKE IT SPECIFIC TO ONE COMPANY, SHOW PICS OF WIRES AND CIRCUITS BEING WORKED ON)

MOST IMPORTANTLY: Even though we are asking to have templates designed we DO NOT want them to look like just basic templates. We want them to have a unique look…
Requirements: The templates for this job must be sent to us as a layered psd file as well as an html webpage. The templates must be clean and able to function with Cold Fusion (no unnecessary tags or code). We would prefer them to be designed in Macromedia HomeSite or DreamWeaver. Templates must be original, royalty-free, copyright-free and exclusive. The templates you create for us must only be sold to us.
All the text needs to be html text. Do not turn the text into graphics because we want to be able to change it in the future. All the images used MUST be optimized gifs or jpegs only!
You must send us all files associated with the site css, gifs, jpegs, flash, html, psd, etc…
You are only creating ONE page (the Home page) for the business types listed above.
The templates need to be very creative and professional...high quality and unique is the objective.
Do not create the templates around a "fictional business" because it must be suitable for most ANY business within the above categories.
Design the templates to fit in 800x600 and they MUST adjust to larger/smaller resolutions so that they align properly within the web browser (create it to be 770 x 570).
The templates must include areas for the following: Name of the Company placed toward the TOP of the page (will be output dynamically from a database), Place for 6
nav buttons (HOWEVER MUST LOOK GOOD WITH JUST 1 NAV BUTTON OR 6), Space for a slogan, space for an opt-in email list, space towards the TOP of page for the company's address, phone and email address information (which is outputted dynamically from a database), and most importantly...an area for the content block which must include 1 or 2 images relevant to business type.
ONCE YOU BEGIN WORKING ON THE SITE DO NOT PUT A PLACE FOR COMPANY “NEWS†ON THE TEMPLATES… We will not have that listed on the Templates.
Please furnish examples of YOUR work if you bid.
We will not accept marginal work. We require quality & originality. No templates. You must agree to revisions as required by us to make the project 100% to our satisfaction. 50% Payment will be made once the job is completed to our satisfaction, the balance after all of the files are delivered in the format set forth above.
